We house excellent facilities that can accommodate most events

B C C houses two halls and two meeting rooms that can accommodate from 40 up to 250 people
Our Licenses include Premises License, Performing Rights License and Phonographic Performing License
Large Stage
Our Liberty Hall - It can house 250 with large stage with specialty lighting and comprehensive audio equipment
This hall is ideal for larger party's such as Birthdays, Weddings, Stage Performances and similar
Licensed Bar
Our Licensed Bar adds great convenience to when organizing any social event
We carry a full range of beers and ales and a healthy selection of branded wines and spirits

B C C houses a fully functional working kitchen that includes two catering oven and sixteen cooking rings

Our gardens house tables and benches with sun shades where food and drink can be consumed
This is especially inviting for those organising outside functions, parties or events
Large Car Park
Our large private car park has designated disabled parking spaces and allows coaching party's to visit
Our car park adjoins the gardens and centre eliminating the need to cross public roads

Members' Discount
A 10% Discount is offered to
our Community Centre Members' on all rates detailed in the Hire Fees section of this page
We offer this fixed discount as a gesture of gratitude and our appreciation for the support your have shown us by joining as a Member

Brightlingsea Community Association may waive all or part of the charges for public events or meetings
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the hire fee will be required to confirm booking, together with a refundable damage deposit of £100 for single occasion hiring
A refundable deposit of £25 will be required for all kitchen bookings which may be retained should the kitchen not be left in an acceptable condition after your event
All monies outstanding must be paid to The Association seven days prior to the hiring.
Failure to comply with this may result in the hiring being cancelled and the deposit forfeited
Block booking invoices will be presented to Hirers on a monthly basis. Period booking invoices will be presented after the event
